MY STORY
I've always been drawn to solving complex problems and understanding how systems work. Over time, that curiosity led me to real estate, where I discovered how many property owners face difficult situations simply because they don't have clear information about the choices available to them.
The more I learned about property tax sales, inherited property, vacant land, and other unique property situations, the more I realized that many people weren't losing property because they lacked options - they were losing it because they didn't know what those options were.
I continue investing my time in this work because I believe every property owner deserves access to honest information before making an important property decision.
Today, I enjoy helping property owners better understand their circumstances, explore possible solutions, and move forward with greater confidence.
WHY I DO THIS
I believe every property owner deserves access to honest information before making an important property decision.
Many people assume they've run out of options when, in reality, they simply haven't had the opportunity to understand them yet.
Whether someone ultimately keeps their property, sells it, or chooses another path entirely, my hope is that every conversation leaves them with greater clarity and confidence than when it began.

Outside of my property-focused work, I'm also the founder of Clark First & Company, where I help commercial and government organizations solve complex business challenges.
Whether I'm helping organizations solve business problems or helping property owners understand their options, I enjoy bringing clarity to complex situations and helping people move forward with confidence.

I make it a priority to get to know the property owners I work with and understand their situation. I'm also fortunate to be part of trusted teams across the organizations I'm affiliated with, where we work together on research, coordination, documentation, outreach, and helping property owners navigate next steps.
